We introduce ourselves as Tlg Gaming India, with our official website at tlggaming.com. We are registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) as TLG GAMING INDIA LLP, pursuant to the LLP Act 2008, with registration number AAL-7142, effective as of January 15, 2018.

TLG GAMING INDIA LLP is a Gujarat-based business. Our headquarters are registered in Adajan, Surat, with a primary place of business in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad.

What happens when you place an order online?
Once an order is generated, you will be able to see it in your order history. If you click 'View', you will find various important information, such as Payment Details, Order Status, Order Comments, and Tracking ID. We will keep you updated with our four significant order statuses (Payment Accepted, Processing, Refunded, and Shipped) along with other relevant information such as the tracking ID.
What happens when you place an order online with the manual method?
Once an order is generated, you will be able to view it in your order history with the status' Bank Transfer Pending'. You will also receive an email with payment details, allowing you to make payment for your order via GPay Business, UPI, or bank transfer. Please share a screenshot of the payment to info@tlggaming.com. After receiving it, we will update your order status to 'Payment Accepted' and process your order as usual.
When will I get my product?
Usually, we try our best to dispatch your order within 24 hours (+1 day in case of the weekend). It takes 5-7 working days (excluding public holidays and Sundays) for the order to be delivered after dispatch. For chairs and other large parcels, it can take 7-14 Working Days. Some highly demanded products, such as Green Soul chairs, can take up to 14 days or more and require customers to call before placing an order.
From where will your product get shipped?
Usually, most of our products are shipped from our Ahmedabad branch only. In some cases, such as gaming chairs and Cosmic Bytes, the products are shipped directly by the brands to the customers. In either case, we will provide the customer with a tracking ID and logistics details to track their orders.
CONVENIENCE FEE RELATED
What is the convenience fee (Platform Fees/Additional COD Charges), and how is it calculated?
The convenience fee is an additional amount charged to compensate for the payment gateway fees associated with different payment gateways. It varies from 0.5% to 6%, depending on the product amount and the payment method you choose. We charge convenience fees to customers who use Easebuzz for transactions. Review all available payment options and respective fees.
Why is the convenience fee additional and not included in our product cost?
The convenience fee varies by payment method and is relatively high for EMI (approximately 3.67%), but is 0% for UPI, GPay, and manual bank transfer. We do not want to burden our customers by standardizing prices. We pay this fee ourselves for Paytm and Easebuzz, and we don't want customers to pay 4% for that.
Why is the convenience fee non-refundable?
The convenience fee is a charge to compensate for the service fees incurred by payment gateways and banks to process debit cards, credit cards, and wallets. When you placed the order, part of the amount paid by you got deducted for these charges and was not transferred to us. In the event of refund processing, the same amount is not available for us to refund, so we cannot return it to our customer, even if we want to.

What is essential for making warranty and return claims?
The customer must always capture an uncut unboxing video as evidence of the problem and provide it when making a claim. Additionally, the customer must keep their box and invoice safe and should contact us if they cannot find their invoice or encounter other issues with it, such as smudged text, within 24 hours of delivery.
What happens if the product seal is broken on delivery?
We never send sealed or opened products to our customers unless customers request bios updates or pre-inspection on a phone call. You must record it during the inspection and unboxing video, and contact us regarding the same.
What if my product does not work or arrives defective?

What if I received the wrong product?
We take every precaution to ensure that we deliver the correct products for every order. In the case of human error, if you get the wrong products by mistake, there are several options available to you.
IF YOU WANNA KEEP THE WRONG PRODUCT:
If you wanna keep the product, we will compensate you for the price difference if the delivered product is cheaper than your order value. Alternatively, you may incur additional charges and receive a new invoice for the delivered product.
IF YOU WANNA RETURN THE WRONG PRODUCT:
If you wish to return the product, please ensure the box is sealed and return it to our Ahmedabad office. You can contact us for more information. Please note we cannot accept returns if the product seal is broken.
In any case, you need to provide an uncut unboxing video.
