This agreement is established between You, your Platform, and Us.

We are providing you with an affiliate commission for each successful conversion through You & Your Platform(s) are subject to acceptance of our terms and conditions as mentioned below.

Here You referred to the User or Applicant, 

We/Us Referred to Tlg Gaming India LLP, 

Platform(s) refers to your marketing platform such as Website, Blog, YouTube Channel, or Other Platform mentioned by you.

Affiliate URL: Website URL (tlggaming.com) with affiliate tracking code for recording conversion through the applicant’s platform.

Fair Usage Policy

You must be a citizen of India or have a local bank account in India in order to join our affiliate program.

You must be an adult Age 18 years or more with a valid PAN card and bank account.

You are allowed to use the affiliate URL on platforms as mentioned by you in the registration form only. You are required to keep us updated about the change in platform URL or type in the future.

Please note, that you cannot use affiliate URLs in platforms that come under the following categories

• Gambling & Crypto-Related Websites
• Drugs, Fire Arms, Dating & Adult websites
• Illegal websites (Websites forbidden by law and Govt. of India)
• Your website violated someone's copyright or IP rights and trademarks.
• Other blacklisted platforms are not mentioned above.

Any misinformation or violation can and will result in the suspension of the affiliate account.

Commission & Incentives

Commission Rates will be updated regularly and you will be notified about the same from time to time.

The base commission is set to be 0.5% as of 22 DEC 2023 for all the categories listed on our website tlggaming.com.

The best affiliate partner of the Week, Month, and Year will be rewarded with further receive incentives & bonuses apart from the base commission earned.

The incentives will be calculated based on your performance and conversions.

Commission earned will be removed if the order placed through the affiliate got canceled by the user due to any reason.

Withdrawals

You can claim your commission directly in your bank account or via cheque. Your withdrawal request will be entertained once it reaches ₹500 in value or more.

You can write us at info@tlggaming.com for the withdrawal of your commission. Your request will be processed within 2 working days.

Transaction Fees & TDS

Transaction fees IMPS/NEFT/RTGS (₹5 - ₹10) and TDS (as prescribed by the Income Tax Department) will be deducted from your earned commission.

Thus Total Commission for 1 Lakh sales Will be 500 + Incentive bonus - Transfer Fees - TDS

TDS can be claimed when you file your Income Tax Return

Exit from program

If you wish to discontinue our affiliate program, you can mail us directly at info@tlggaming.com with the appropriate reason.

Data Sharing Policy

You are authorizing us to use your submitted data with the Indian Taxation Agency (TDS), Indian Judicial System, Technology & Payment Partner for remittance, and other required agencies.

Your Rights

• You will be able to track your commissions on tlggaming.com.
• You can raise withdrawal requests for your commissions and incentives if it reach ₹500 milestone.
• You can request to exit the program.
• You can request to add and remove the registered platform.
• All other rights provided by the Laws of India

Our Rights

We have the right to change commissions, incentives, and other benefits of this program at any time.

We reserve the right to withdraw, suspend, and close the scheme with advance notice to all the affiliate partners.

We reserve right to suspend or blacklist the user in cases such as

• Attempted Fraud by applicant.
• The bad image of the applicant is due to his comments or content.
• The bad reputation of the applicant or his platforms.
• Non-performing applicants and platforms.
• Legal reasons.
• All other rights provided by the Laws of India

Disputes Resolution

We will try to resolve your issues with the utmost care, however, all legal disputes must and will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, GJ.
